The 3M 4255 half mask is a ready-to-use, maintenance-free half mask that provides effective and comfortable protection against many common gases, vapors and particles in industrial environments. It impresses with its first-class quality, durability and reliability over long periods of wear. It is easy to use, as it can be used immediately as a complete mask. It offers a secure fit thanks to its comfortable straps with head holder. The integrated filter elements ensure low breathing resistance and unrestricted vision. The dolomite dust test (D) guarantees a long service life for the particle filter. A particle pre-filter can also be used, which increases the service life even further. The mask’s parabolic exhalation valve reduces heat build-up.

The 3M™ half mask 4255 has protection level FFA2P3 R D. The application limit is 30 times the limit value for organic gases and vapors as well as for particles.
